WELCOME TO CLUB MINDFUL HUNTSVILLE
With a calm and compassionate mind and relaxed body we can live with more wisdom and peace in the present moment despite life's unpredictability and pain. We teach stress reduction through mindfulness, mindful self-compassion and other mindfulness techniques to improve mental and emotional wellbeing so can be more of who they're meant to be - happy, harmonious, creative and wise. This transformation happens by training the mind to be more anchored in the present moment. It's where we're meant to be.

MEET TOM FANDRE OF CLUB MINDFUL HUNTSVILLE
